My Name is Gururaj. I represent my firm called Gururaj Associates. Auditor and Tax consultant by profession since 2001.

The clientele we have is 2800 customers for Income Tax, 200 for VAT, 80 for Service Tax 300 for other services which we offer.

We take care your Income tax requirement since making your PAN card till maintenance of books of accounts, finalization and filing of tax returns.

We have service called Accounts outsourcing. People who do not want to keep accountant for their business, we help in giving them one. If an accountant is not attending to his duties for various reasons, we will provide one more accountant without breaking the service so that we can gain the confidence of the customer and give him perpetual service. We have 56 business firms and 19 corporate’s as our clients who are taking these services from us since two years successfully without any hassles.

We take up jobs from the customers who have dispute with Income tax and sales tax department as well so that they can concentrate on business outsourcing their problem to us.

We are PAN card specialists. Please give me your three photographs, your pan card will be delivered to the address you wanted to deliver. No id proof and address proof is required. All these services are available at your doorsteps.

We are facilitating various services to startup companies or companies who do not have such services. They are TAN, VAT registration(TIN), Service Tax Registration, Shop & Establishment Registration, Profession Tax Registration, SME(Small & Medium Entrepreneurs)  Registration, Central Excise Registration, Import Export License etc to name a few.

We help people to start companies also by registering those companies like Partnership Firm Registration, Private limited company registration, Trusts registration etc. and getting their certificates from the respective departments.

After finalization of accounts and before filing of tax returns, people need to have certification from professions like Chartered Accountants and Company Secretaries. These services are available as one stop solution.

To maintain all these customers and services, we are 30 people working in various departments like Marketing and sales, collection executives, chartered accountants, senior accountants, delivery executives etc.
